She manages administrative tasks, coordinates schedules, supports client communications, and handles logistics which allows the coaching practice to run smoothly. Laura is often the first point of contact for clients, providing attentive support and ensuring every client’s needs are met with care and efficiency. In addition, Laura is proficient in Metronome Growth Systems software, enabling her to provide specialized support to clients using this platform. Her expertise ensures clients get the most out of their Metronomics experience, both operationally and technically. Outside of work, Laura helps her husband, Mark, run their pub and can often be found clocking many kilometers with her Duck Toller, Marlo. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries.
