As the principal owner of Alementary Services Limited, I specialize in Metronomics: a proven, data-driven system that aligns strategy, execution, and culture for sustainable success.
I was the first certified Metronomics coach and have coached clients across tech, hospitality, healthcare, financial management, law, and more spanning Canada, the US, UK, India, and Saudi Arabia. My approach is consultative, approachable, and grounded in results: in the past three years alone, I’ve guided six companies through significant exit events and celebrated client wins like the 3HAG Award for Momentum Year at the 2024 Metronomics TipTop Conference.
Recognized as Rookie of the Year in my first year of coaching, I’ve since been named Metronomics Accountability Ambassador and received the 5 Year Milestone Award. I’m also proud to have helped three former clients become certified Metronomics coaches.
My coaching style is direct, collaborative, and focused on building high performing “A” player teams. I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams navigate complexity, build vision, and reach far beyond what they thought possible.
Outside of work, I’m a married father of three, grandfather of two (they lovingly refer to me as “Grumpy”), and an endurance sport enthusiast. I have completed 5 Ironman races and over 20 marathons (PB 3:18). I also enjoy alpine skiing, fly fishing, mountain biking, and hockey. (Go Habs!)
